Resolution

Earlier today, one of our third-party hosting providers experienced an issue that caused our backend API to be unavailable from 8:16 AM to 8:35 AM (Mountain Time).

At 8:35 AM, access was restored, and we closely monitored system health until 8:45 AM, at which point we confirmed everything was fully resolved.

What we learned & next steps:
This incident revealed a weakness in our new backend infrastructure. We’ve already taken steps to address the immediate issue and are implementing additional improvements over the coming days to make our services more resilient.
